Yeah definitely a killer time. I recently moved to Montreal, and this was my first underground party. Great sets, energy, and setup. The organizers seemed to have had everything locked down, especially since the boys in blue came and went. I don't know if they came back after I left. In my experience, as soon as the cops show up, it's usually all over. Is it common for the cops to come and not shut things down in MTL, or was this an unusual occurance? Either way, I was happy to see them go, as was everyone else on the dancefloor who screamed their ass off in reply to the announcement that they were gone =) Good times!
