Cows were made for us to eat. Look at them. They can't run. They're fat and lazy. And sitting out in that field, what GREAT camouflage their paterns are. If it weren't for us keeping them to eat, they would be dead from whatever predators there are in the area. Same with chickens. I'm certain racoons and skunks and foxes could have easily eliminated the world's chicken population.
There is one kind of food that I will not eat because it absolutely dissgusts me how it's prepared. ANY kosher food. I think everyone who eats kosher meat or that produces kosher meat should be shot. Regular meat, at least the animal is killed quickly and it's probably painfull for only a fraction of a second. I draw the line at hanging it upside down, slitting it's throat and letting it bleed to death while a rabbi prays for it's soul. It takes about an hour and a half for a full grown cow to die the kosher way.

What we need is a club like in Hackers. Good electronic music all the time with diffrent theme nights. Have a dance floor, a bar, some food, a chill area where the music isn't too loud, maybe computers for customer use. I've had an idea like that floating in my head for ever. Or a club similar to the one in Hellraiser 3.

Yup, drugs are bad. They have their fun effect but in the longrun they can royaly fuck your body up. Case in point: Look at Ozzy. When Black Sabbath originally moved to the US in the mid 70s, they had a big fan who also happened to be a top DEA agent. Every week he would bring them 2 of those 1 gallon bottles of water. One filled with heroin, the other with coke. They'd go through that in 5 days usually.

yeah, fantasy stories are usually really good. One exception for me was "A Long Hard Road Out Of Hell", the Marilyn Manson semi-autobiography. That was one of the most interesting books I've ever read.

I think everyone should look at people who eat stuff like lentils all the time. See how unhealthy they are in india? Pakistan? They can't aford food like we have so they eat all those grains and stuff and look at how bad off they are. I'd rather be full of hormones and all that fake shit than eat beans and grain and be unhealthy. Though I'll admit, I'd much rather be eating boar or uhmm... bison is the french word, I think it's the same in english.. and sushi, than hamburgers and pizza.

I loved the Hobbit. I tried reading Lord of the Rings but I got bogged down with too much detail and all the goddamn singing.
I like detail, but I don't think you need to describe every blade of grass on the journey to make a good book. It's like the Stephen King book, IT. You need to read that book 3 times:
Once, ALL the way through with all the useless tidbits of information - 1090 pages.
Second time, skipping some of the parts that, though they flesh out the setting and history a lot, are totally useless - 700-ish pages
Third time, you know all the parts to skip and the book is TOTALLY enjoyable and only about 500 pages long.

I have to find a beer that doesn't make me sick. I can't stand the taste of beer and he doesn't want to do it on hard alcohol. Though 1$ shooters at Hatters comes to mind...

ehe, it's also well handled too. Almost all her books revolve around bisexual or gay males. Very well written. *Very*. ;)

I tried reading the Vampire Chronicles, but I just couldn't get into it. I *REALLY* tried, but all the characters just seemed so... wooden. Kinda like reading a book where everyone is Keanu Reeves. Lost Souls by Poppy Z. Brite I found to be a much better vampire story and even though it's a one-shot (though some characters apear in her other books) it could have been made into a serries that, from what I've read/seen(the movies) could beat the pants off the Vampire Chronicles.
Now if only people could get over the fact that it's mostly guy on guy sex in the book...
