Its simple, I dont care what some one else does unless they try to push it on me or change my ways becasue they 'know the shit'

I think the easiest way to do it would be to illegalize anything that can kill you with less than what 6grams etc.
That way all experementation will make sure people dont overdo it.
Or have a some sort of system where you can have this much at a time - e.g. Vending machines with special cards which record usage and restrict acordingly.
