Native of Beziers in southern France, he discovered electronic music in 1992 during a trip to Rachdingue, the mythical club of Salvador Dali near Rosas in Spain. Two years later he began his career as resident at New York, Club House, the first club of Borealis.

After a trip to Italy with Francesco Farfa & Joy Kitikonti it starts production and becomes more and more mature. After a first release for the label Scandium Records, he is spotted by the group Euka house which offers a collaboration that will rapidly lead to his first success: Talibujoua EP. His popularity allowed him to start playing around the world. But thanks largely to the production of Tom Pooks will acquire an international dimension. Labels OVUM, M and Serial Terminal will fall under the spell of its effective mental groove and so special. In addition to his label MOOVMENT, founded in 2004, maxis Tom Pooks also appear on labels INTEC, Neuton Music and KOMPAKT.

Play listed by countless artists, he regularly plays alongside the biggest in the places of interest such as last August in the evening 'CARL COX AND FRIENDS "at SPACE (Ibiza), or the festival KAZANTYP in UKRAINE. Release of the November 5, 2008 with a mix recorded at the festival ELECTROMIND is bought around the world.

He takes advantage of the new situation of electronic music to change his label and begins to sign several promising artists as LAURENT PEPPER or SourceCode / GAV Linch; exit MOOVMENT 015 is also licensed in the compilation of CARL COX AND FRIENDS at SPACE - IBIZA 2009.

2009 sees the releases on labels: SESSION DELUXE, AFFIN, GLOBAL UNDERGROUND realizing a huge remix of DARREN EMERSON returning the dance floor worldwide. The next release preparations are in: PLASTIC CITY, Kling Klong, INTEC (which re-opened its doors in digital), NIGHT DRIVE MUSIC, and prepares a nice project with his old sidekick: JOY KITIKONTI
