[b]DS-1[/b] [i]Furious Records, [ dj-ds1.com ] - Toronto[/i] DS-1 with a distinctive hard and dirty, vocal infused sound, has climbed the ladder in the Toronto jungle scene. Starting to DJ in 1998, he is no stranger to controlling dance floors. With his first big move - getting a residency at Toronto’s own Turbo Niteclub - there has been no turning back. His talents behind the decks have gotten him booked with some of the worlds biggest DJ’s including: Goldie, Stakka and Skynet, Dillinja, Lemon D, and others. His debut release, a remix of the 70’s classic ‘Wishing On A Star’ on Name records, sold out of record stores all over the world quickly, and his follow up is destined to make some noise as well. His second release is do in the summer months, and shows his technical studio abilities and his ability to do something new. This time touching down with some ragga influence, the 'Girls Town/Girls Town dub mix' promises to be a hot seller, so keep an eye out!
