[DRUM & BASS] Total Science - Nosher VIP (DJ Craze & Baron RMX). After the phenomenal Baron remix you thought it wouldn't get any better right? wrong. Now imagine that remix with top-notch scratching built right into the tune! Now you too can feel like Capital J but without the carpel tunnel syndrome! Roni Size - Strictly Social (Nu-Tone RMX)/Die - Autumn (Commix RMX) on Liquid V. Brand new sub-label of V Recordings showcasing (you guessed it) the liquid sound. Hot remixes of some classics tunes (both from the massive Planet V LP) get the remix treatment. Nu Tone's work is once again the main attraction here are he takes the phat strings from 'Strictly Social' and drop a pure funk twisted bassline on it....overall a very nice twelve. Soundmurderer & SK1 - Rewind LP on Rewind/Rephlex. Looking for some serious jungle mash-up bizniz? These guys are so insane that Aphex Twin signed them for a full album on his highly-respected Rephlex imprint. There IS jungle in Detroit biatch! Black Sun Empire - Driving Insane LP Sampler on BSE. Now we had this in before, but it sold out the moment it hit the shelves, so here is your second chance at absolute carnage. 'Boris The Blade' has already turned many heads into neuro-funk lover due to it's funky chords and unbeatable bass...but the flip is the realy doozy: BSE & Concord Dawn's 'The Sun' gets the VIP treatment and, you guessed it, the crowd goes wild. Zinc & Beenie Man - Dude Remix on White. What do you get when you cross the baddest True Playa with the baddest MC? Pure jump-up madness baby. If you like twisted bouncy-baselines and hot girls singing about how bad they want to get laid...you are SET! Various - SPY on White. Not much info on this one, except that it's definetly not legit.
