| i believe the agreement with the city is that work on legal walls cannot be linked to illegal walls.
vandals don't necessarily have to be caught red-handed. cases are built against some of the more visible writers and if the cops have sufficient evidence or confessions/informants, they can arrest and prosecute.
that's what happened to NRK. they caught someone in the crew who ratted out the rest of them in return for reduced fines/sentences. so the cops built a case and then showed up at the homes of 9 members all at once and arrested em all, confiscating paint, markers, etch and photos. pretty fucked up. i had like 5 friends who were busted.
they were given crazy curfews and conditions for their parole. |

ahhh the good old times, it was fun while it lasted. I got lucky to be in europe when the major part of the investigationw was going on. Sad thing that happened. Oh well, what goes around commes around.
But yeah, I can get you a couple of peeps willing to do it. I could even contribute if you want and I could contact Maysr from the KOPS crew tonight, it's up to you
