 Coolness: 96535 | This Saturday we continue on our quest to bring you cutting edge Drum & Bass and Breaks in a new thought-provoking, ass-shaking manner.
The night features myself (Corey K) and Soundshaper playing a diverse set of Breaks as well as Drum & Bass...but the real twist is the 4 Turntable setup used along with CD players to create something we feel is really distinctive. Some words we thought up to describe the styles of music we play are: Eclectic, Minimal, Dubby, Moody and Emotional.....so basically we have no idea how to explain what we do, we just know it's different. Thanks to everyone who's been showing up to our one-off Shake & Break events in the past, it been awesome! Shake & Break, happening the first Saturday of every month... | Coolness: 182610 | what CK said.... i listen to drum and basss 24/7 yeah( no not obsessed of course not!) .. but when you get to hear it played from you computer or a cd player its good, but hearing played at a club or a rave is totally diffrent! and i like that diffrent.. mind you i havent heard this one ^^ play drum and bass in god knows how long and i miss it! |

i mean there is no point on telling him that 'yeah your set was aamzing , i loved it' when the truth is melissa and i sat down on the floor , not only because there were no chairs to sit on but also because we ewre both falling asleep. i mean the fact that he played atleast 2 high contrast tracks totally made that set awsome , but the fact of the matter is aside from the 2 pirticular tracks the rest just made me want to go and shove my head in the sink in the bathroom |
