As an added bonus, his music has enough edge to awake Elvis & have him shake it up on techno and hard-techno beats. Born in Ottawa in 1971, Stephane is introduced to music in 1987 as a fan of "Dance" and "New Wave" artists, ancestors of today's Techno. He traveled through the Province of Quebec, did several Live Radio shows and, over the years, acquired a considerable experience in live entertainment. Today Overdrive is like dynamite and he sets in motion all the events he is participating to. Today, with more then 15 years of experience as a D.J and a number as a producer, he is coming out of the shadow. With Chilly Boo Productions' collaboration, Overdrive is realizing today one of his all time dream: releasing his very own album; after hundreds of Remixes and thousands of Live. After all his D.J performances, and creating rhythms that made the crowds go wild; Overdrive is finally commercializing what he refers to as his "Bombs". « ONE HOUR IN TECHLAND » is Overdrive's first album and includes 12 compositions that is time for you to discover. Artists and events producer, today for Chilly Boo productions, and promoter for a famous local events producer; he is also a D.J with a lot of potential. This sound variation freak likes to make the people go round with rhythm styles always changing, but fitting all of it into each other just like a dream in his hands. Since the first 12'' he mixed, everything went well and he got his residency in a club near his head quarter only a couple of months after his first appearance. Since that day, things have been going up and never seemed to go down. The mixes Night Vision can create are composed with German techno, calmed by a little touch of electro, takes speed with acid and get stronger trough ghetto-techno and UK hard-house. If he ever tells you he likes only one music gender, you'll never believe him hearing what he can do mixing it all up. Born during the night, he will always make you understand why life decided it this way for him. He made a very good move putting some time on the spinning and not only on the productions. International army force considers the tool called "Night Vision" very useful and secure when the night comes out. Surrounded by a family full a musicians, let's say he's got a lead ahead other beginners with his knowledge of music and rhythm. Born in 1983, his interest for electronic music saw the light in the late 90's when he started to attempt electronic music festivals all around Montreal area. 2003 being his year of decision, David, known as Buffalo Dave, decides to equip his self and even push the limit building his own studio, where he still spends a lot of his time today. Friends and relatives often come around to hear this future legend polishing his aptitudes that became comparable with any great artist in the business. One of his live sets granted him of a second place trough a contest while he had only 6 months of experience. Now associated with Chilly Boo Productions, Buffalo Dave starts to make a name for his self that will soon be used to mean pandemonium, talent, hard work, audacity and dance machine! |
