Why Do U Get High?

what drug to u currently consume? how often? and why? basicly why do u get high? |

 Coolness: 60850 | I've done lots of different kinds of Drugs. But in the last couple of years i've been sticking with cannabis. It has become my Drug of choice.
Most of all my close friends are potheads, and we all know that expression "You are who your friends are." We all love to roll and we always end up rolling 2-3 joints each. I've gone thru periods were i wouldn't smoke anything for months and recently i lost a good friend and motivation to stay away from pot. so I smoke everyday now, 2-3 joints on average. I get high because its something todo. I enjoy the experience very much. I love chilling with friends, doing nothing and sometimes not having to say a word. I love having those deep conversations when im high. I'll discuss about random topics and it will seem very interesting. |

I smoke weed sometimes, but I don't like it as much. and mushrooms is only once every few months or so when I'm really in the mood. I don't do or try chems cause I've known too many close people and friends who have had addictions to K and other drugs and I've had to take care of a lot of people on chems and its just not fun. I've always wanted to try E once to see how it would feel, but I'm too chicken. |

Total chronbag ..rastafari stylez ....or saddhus' stylez ...LOL Cuz i like it for relaxing in buzy days ...and i like it for hyping on chilly days ... Cuz it seems always a good time for it and it helps me in my daily struggle agains't dark thoughts and vibes ... Cuz it goes along well with a daily use of coffee, balances it all .. Cuz we're all gonna die because of something anyways .. Cuz some peeps around me keep asking me to stop and i won't do so cuz i don't fell like it and until they'll go on asking me to do so .. Cuz it can't be worse than bein an alcoolic, a junkie or meth addict Cuz it gives me inspiration with arts .... And on and on and on and on .... |

| Coolness: 141375 | Very much like Seb, i'm a religious weed smoker, i do, now much less then i did before, generally only thursday through sunday, cause i don't have school.
i smoke because, well, i really just enjoy everything about it, from rolling to smoking to the taste, it's something that helps me relax, and take a moment out for myself. though, admitedly, i used to smoke for completly different reasons, i used to smoke cause, it was the thing to do, all my friends were gonna go smoke, so, hell why not me too, i smoked to forget about my problems (mostly with school cause i was failing all my classes cause i was skiping them to go smoke) and cause of overhelming stress (built up from all my avoiding my problems) but i've since learnt to deal with these things without the need to be stoned, and truthfully, it works alot better and like lady squib...i also like to do mush, cause well, damn it's a trip, and alot of fun, but it's not an all the timer at all, and i've stayed away from chems cause i've seen what it can do to people, though still to this day, i'm curious about E...buuut toooo bad |

i used to use drugs as an escape but then i realised its no way to live when ur snorting or poping ur prolems away you have to learn tpo face thigns and admit to urselve that ur the reason ur doing drugs is kinda wrong meh'drugs were a fun experipentaion not a lifestyle |

I started at like 17 to go to parties in France and I took a lot of LSD (Hoffman "buvard" were my favorite). When I came to Montreal I stopped a lot of things. After a couple clean years (except a couple party on e and joints sometimes) i started to do pretty much coke because one of my friend always had some to share so I finally bought some and liked it and did too much... It was pretty hard to stop but i did it! (I stopped smoking cigarette before stop coke). Try to do coke when you don't want to smoke cigarettes! tough! - result : you stop coke - good strategy hey! In fact it was time to, That it's. Nowadays, I like trying new drugs but I never abuse like in the past. I know my limits and i don't want to become vedge and motivless (is that a word?), I like tripping and be high because it opens my mind and cause the reality is fucking boring sometimes. But I also learned that drug doesn't change the reality. When i used to snort i was doing it because it helped me to socialize but after a time you understand that you don't need it, all is in your head! Finally, i get high because it gives me smile and... in fact i don't really know why... because i like it! Oli - sharing is life with everybody... |

I'm lucky cause I've never taken anything to escape reality... or enhance myself. I dance harder and longer when I'm sober. this goes for alot of other things too. |

i realize thats what one might call an addiction...but thats the way it is. For me it isnt an escape anymore, but a way to have fun...a way to part with reality temporarily and experience a differnt side of myself and life.... drugs are fun plain and simple so long as usage is kept in moderation i know ive had serious substance ause issues...and tahts wen its not fun n e more...but overall...i get high because...man it rox my sox!!! |
