Coolness: 201365	Didn't happen. Insomnia sucks, they can all burn in hell. The relocated loft party was nice though, once an amp speaker combo was discovered that actually worked. It saved the night for many people, and best of all, I still got to play... Can you say revenge of the nerds? Lucky best time! Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen. PS. Nimi is a stuck up bitch.

I will write the full story when I wake up. Here is a summary though.

8:27pm - John the owner calls his local dj (we found out after when we went back to the place) and tells him that he needs a dj to play all night from 3am till morning...

9:00pm - According to contract with Jeff Kamden [ ] we were supposed to setup. A barman would be there to open the door. This barman would be the ONLY staff.

10:00pm - According to contract with Jeff Kamden [ ] the party was supposed to begin.

11:59pm - About 100 people show up and nothing. Most people show up later and some go home cause they are mad nothing was happening. Rumor has it the place normally opens anyways at 2:00am

2:45am - The place opens, John the owner gets there with 3 staff. He claims that he thought our party was on SUNDAY (yes a rave on sunday), but told us that at least he is here. So go setup.

3:00am - We check out the place, start to setup, notice really bad equipement. The contract said the equipement was supposed to be supplied. They used to have good stuff. What they give us was a guitar amp, 1 mono turntable, another turntable without grounding, one shitty speaker, and another one which was not plugged in which looked like an Eaton Brand Speaker which your dad would have bought when he reached puberty 30 years ago.

3:15am - John the owner tells us that we can either stay or leave. We didn't want to submit people to crap not to mention have a security force being picky on us people. Also if we stayed they would keep us to the contract which makes us pay them for bad stuff.

3:30am - We all leave for new location. Smaller but at least we all had fun. It was also free!

Call 514-769-3393 and ask for Jeff Kamden and tell them YOUR story. As it is now because of their mess, we have lost 1000$ in ticket sales, 300$ for light rentals, 360$ smoke machine which was lost inside, the pleasure of all you people who were expecting something very exciting but didn't get it plus a 150$ deposit on the location which who knows if they will refund.

Don't call him until sunday night because I believe he won't answer his phone. But keep trying. With your support we will let them know what we think of this whole ordeal.

I will try to find the bosses number. It should be in my phone somewhere. You will be able to call him also and demand that we get refunded. Also tell them your story of how you feel so they understand that we are a force of good people and don't like to be fuct with.
