(Apologies to the FB haters here, but it does ever make it easier to post something : [ www.facebook.com ] Details (copy-pasted from FB album desc.): - Rent is 277$ per month, 283$ as of July 2012. - Bills (inc. unlimited internet) come to about 95$, might even drop down as of July, as gas and electricity usage most probably went down. - Apartment is pretty huge with an extra storage room, 2 min walk from Jarry metro (Orange line). - Grocery store right in front, loads of bakeries and small fine foods shops, pharmacies, depanneurs, etc. - Close to Jarry park, Marché Jean-Talon... Nice and clean neighborhood (Villeray), yet close to downtown... - For the nightowls, night buses 361 and 363 get you at the door from downtown in 10 mins. - Shared with 2 clean and responsible roommates. Cat-friendly, smoker-friendly. - Washer and dryer in-house. Fully-furbished kitchen for the culinary-inclined. - 3rd floor, high ceilings, super chill neighbors, not too noisy considering it's on St-Denis. Pictures really don't do it justice, room is pretty huge, with a big closet. Unfurnished. Sharing this with friends before posting it on CL and Kijiji, PM me for more info, or to schedule a visit! Apartment is REALLY worth the look! Cheap and awesome ^^ (French details available upon request ;)) --- I've been here for about 8 years and this pad's always been kinda raver-owned and operated.
