'Twas The Night Before X-Mas ...

 Coolness: 166505 | 'Twas the night before X-Mas, when all through the house
no music was playing, not even some House; The fat-pants were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that St. Techolas soon would be there; The Ravers were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of glow-sticks danced in their heads; And mistress in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap, Had just settled down for a short pot-head's nap, When out on the street there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my bed to see what was the fuckin' matter. Away to the window I flew like a flash, Tearing open the shutters, throwing down my stash. The moon on the tits of the new-fallen snow Gave the lustre of black-lights to objects below, When, what to my reddening eyes should appear, But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny rave-deer, With a little old driver, so lively and quick, I knew it must be that speed-freak St. Tech! More rapid than speed-core his coursers they came He didn't whistle, but shouted and called them by name; ''Now Dubstep! now Hardcore! now Psytrance and House! On, Techno! on Electro! on, Drum and on Bass! To the top of the venue! to the top of the wall! Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!'' As dry heaves that before the wild puking fly, When they meet with the porcelain, then wiped with 2-ply, So up to the house-top the coursers they flew, With a sleigh full of gear, and St.Techolas too. And then, very confused, I heard on the roof The prancing and pawing of each little hoof. As I drew in my breath, and was turning around, Down the chimney St.Techolas came with a bound. He was dressed all in fun-fur, from his head to his foot, And his clothes were all dirty with ashes and soot; A bundle of records he had flung on his back, And he looked like a DJ just opening his pack. His pupils -- how enlarged! His dimples how merry! His teeth were grinding, his nose like a cherry! His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow, And the beard of his chin bleached white as the snow; The stump of a joint he held tight in his teeth, And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath; He had a broad face, and a little round E, That he popped then he laughed like a bowlful of glee. He was chubby and plump, a right jolly elf, And he started placing records up on the shelf; A wink of his eye, and a twist of his head, Soon gave me to know I had fuck all to dread; He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, Plugged in the turn-tables; then turned with a jerk, And laying his thumb under his nose, And giving a sniff, up his chimney K rose; He tripped to his sleigh, to his team said ''No whistles!'', And away they all flew, like the down of a thistle. But I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight, ''Happy Raving to all, may it last the whole night!''
