 Coolness: 26440 | First off, as the main language on the forums seems to be english, I'll use it but you have to bear with my poor skillz :P
Anyway, so I like to play around at home with the stuff I study at school, so far it's mainly been electronics and mechanics. I just started taking organic chemistry. You can see where I'm going with this. Where can I get, or how could I make (secondhand or ghetto is an option) chemistry apparatuses like a still, boiler, etc. My budget is pretty limited (a few hundred dollars). Also, where does one get the common and less common chemicals used in most synthesis? I'm thinking DMF, chloroform, stuff commonly used in extractions and synthesis. Finally, are there chem supply shops open to the public in Montreal? Thanks a lot, and if you want to you can answer me in PM. |

| Coolness: 2603945 | Well when you spend 2000 pounds, they give you 500 pounds of equipment for free which is a nice bonus for a startup.
And there are no background checks there are plenty of legal chemistry projects people can work on and I'm sure with the lack of good documentation for the illegal chemistry projects you would end up needing quite a lot of money for trial and error. |
