 Coolness: 145275 | I'm debating getting a tablet (have not decided which one yet.) for the sole purpose of mixing, anybody have any info about this sort of thing, suggestions and comments? |

 Coolness: 685665 | tablets like an iPad style thing? those are really only good for auto-synch mixing imo.. For one the pitch control, being 100% virtual, isn't the same to work as a physical pitch, and I find that knobs and sliders are a hell of a lot more intuitive than a screen you have to constantly look at to make sure you're finger is at juuuuuuuust the right place to not fuck up some other parameter..
If you're on a budget and you've got a laptop, just get something like the Vestax Typhoon! Those Vestax controllers are actually damn good and really well designed. |
