There are exceptions to the following rule, but:

Once you've seen it, done it, tried it, experienced it, most people completely lose the desire to see it, do it, try it or experience it. The troubling bit is that the cooler, better the 'it' is, the less we desire 'it'.
Now the desire for 'it' inevitably comes back over time as we sort of forget what 'it' was all about, but it's never the same and thus, rarely better.
Take a magic trick for example: The first time you see it done, it blows your mind. Would you want to see it again? I'm sure you'd say yes, but really the second time around, the magic is gone.
The first time you hear your favorite tune is almost always the best, the imprint it leaves on your mind can never be compared to in any further listen and eventually you move on to better tunes or more likely, tunes that are new, to you anyway.

"What the fuck are you talking about Michael?" you may be thinking.

Well, it's why good DJs inevitably change their style.
It's why love doesn't always last.
It's why kids love their parents, then hate them, then love them again.

Dynamics are what define our very existence and if you can understand that, you'll be a lot more successful human being.

your views on things are radically fatalistic and quite degenerative from an evolutinnary yet opened point of view, good thing your consolidated into your "art" because at govt, design , or anything social would mean impeding doom beside what you live in , till your out of the picture and the world start living again.

its call being openminded , what used to be a value till you radical eugnist came along and start pointing at the good stuff calling it bad.

music is aesthetic ; till you see or claim the point of view or embrace it, unless your into the mindless direction of simply forgeting the world you live in in order to escape ,. with is lying to yourself , quite what im reading right now.

your allowed to see it your way , i respect you for trying at a concept. some people thou are more static than other , you still see things in 2d or 3d try elevating yourself to the quantum level of 16 or 21d

also called knot theory and chaos , such as hisenburg uncertainty principle , that still live where the last magic live in this world : matter

i normally hate new shit till i myself let go to it . most of the time when the trend died. or when it was one to be worth mentionning of.

we could go one forver about how the world is either static or dynamic and scratch a concetp that being on the table since the dawn of time , and is still is on nasa's desktop.

yall bitch about wiki, but have a look at quantum / buckminister fuller / nuclear physics , way more than meets the eye.

i read at some place that the most evolutionnary state of a being , is to know , and be prepared and aware that it can all be false while at the same time respectfully continue head one with the acheivements done by that self and its surrounding while juggling with the one of other at the same time so them too will pursue that state of self themself. rethorically them doing the same to your pursue the evolution , the good one. unless you read neitchz and into fashistic garbage.

tell me how you got to sensus people and claim a "general acceptance" to this rule. 1rst rule of scientific analysis

you might get bored that fast , but the exceptions you talk about are into cherishing can caring about self preservation of what you blattanly discard. to everyforce an opposite. i know where we both stand now.

desire is the excitement.

wanting something is awesome. it's all explained in a book, but i forgot the title anyways, there was a really interesting interview on radio-can the other day about this.

by wanting something you fantasize. your imagination is at it's highest point... c'est comme quand on est un kid et qu'on attend noel... c'est presque plus le fun de compter le jours, les heures... but once you're there it's all over too soon, and all you can do is think of the next cool thing to desire. aussi comme les manèges a la ronde, quand on attend en ligne.

and moving on is growing up. finding the next mission.

love doesnt always last because people are selfish greeedy motherfuckers trying tot est their bounderies most of the time.
People love and hate their parents because of their actions and words usually. Which is understandle with anyone.
Many djs change their style because they are trying to get bigger gigs, stronger gigs or brand out to new crowds. Theres many dj's and producers that have been throwing down the same genre but gorwing with that genre for decades.

People change ther minds all the time because the media/govwernment and the social system has what is almost like adhd. We cant seem to focus on things for long periods of time or like something for long untill the "next great thing" comes along and then we forget all about that last product we purchased for a few hundred dollars.
Good example is video games systems. How long did the nes last compared to the snes and the n64 game cube to the wii? It became soon shorter period between each release.

We try to reinvent movies, and then we find out the original is better. Good example is this marvel comics and old novels fad that just doesnt compare.

Perosnally I still watch activly vhs, i listen to music in my car by choice tape casettes and not cd's. I choose to spin vinyl not cdjs. My music collection is made mostly of electronic music from 98-04. And I roll my joints by hand not by machine or an electronic vapor. I like things oldschool.
So I dont thinkyou can even say in a summerization that everyone goes through a dynamic persay

Peoples tend to be more dynamic while they are developping, then cling to the elements that defined their prime. You know your time is up (as an active member of of any developing scene) when the things of your past seem all more interesting than the reality of the moment or the prospects for the furure.
What does a fruit do when it's ripe? it falls of the tree and starts a family.

Remember your favorite Disney movie you've seen when you were a kid? I dunno for you, but when I watch it today, the movie seems even better. I get all the jokes and the bad ones make me laugh even more! I'd watch it a third time to let my naughty mind find all moments that could mean something else and the fourth time I'd spot animation techniques and laugh at errors.

About the same goes for a music I like. The first time it's revolutional. Then on the other times you find parts that you never heard before (or lyrics you didn't get on the first time).
Same shit about a gadget. You use it normally, then you find some funny options that came with it you never seen before (I recently found a calculator on my 3 years old cellphone).
If you really like something, you won't get disapointed to do/listen/watch it again. If so, then it's maybe because you didn't like it that much finally.
I'm feeling like playing sega genesis right now..

Your favorite Disney movie... Your favorite animated movie.. whatever. Mine was... Peter Pan or Lion King, I think. Anyway. The best example I can give you right now is 'James and the Giant Peach' because it's the last animated movie I've watched. When I saw it as a child I loved it, though I didn't get some parts and my memory's kinda blurry. I re-watched it recently and I got everything they said, every pun. I could associate events with things that have, or could really happen. My weird side of my brain was ON that night and I've imagined the old man who gave the green magic worms to James as a hobo selling some kind of hallucinating drug. The movie seemed even better than my first watch because of my naughty imagination, my understanding of the 'adult' world and my knowledge.

There is also 'Les Mystérieuses Cités d'or', a Japan/France animated series. I didn't like it because it was educational and I found it boring. I watch it today and I laugh at the tons of animation errors and at the character Mendoza 'cause he always seems to have a pedophile look at the little Esteban. The animation of his cape is also so much exaggerated that he looks badass.

Its true. Thats why I take the same type of E more than 2ce. Like if i've had 2 yellow dolphins, next time I want a blue dolphin, or even better a blue Adidas. Taking a third yellow dolphin isn't fun.

All these n00b ravers are like "I use to do E, but then the effect wore off and I couldn't get as high off it" and I'm all like "lol, n00b. ITs cuz you were doing the same color over and over again. You gotta change it up"

fucking n00bz

for me it was "l'oiseau bleu" [ fr.wikipedia.org ] an other great france/japan collab

it was actually based on one of the very first movies that hit the earth (well second noir era 1910s)
alson on the theater piece of « L'Oiseau bleu » 1908 by Maurice Maeterlinck.

the noir film i got to watch "l'oiseau bleu 1918" [ fr.wikipedia.org ] american movie made by Maurice Tourneur,

if you look at tht timestamps , i not only got to travel to one of my oldest memories i can recall of but also one in society's collectivity. but round trip 100+ years to the present without pratically moving.

an other funny point to add , is that "bluebirds of happiness" [ en.wikipedia.org ] are considered sacred , and doesnt not only represent happyness :

quoting wiki
"In magical symbolism, bluebirds are used to represent confidence in the positive aspect and egotism in the negative. A dead bluebird is a symbol of disillusionment, of the loss of innocence, and of transformation from the younger and naive to the older and wiser."
