 Coolness: 63030 | I dont know what it is about venting shit in a public forum but it feels good anyway. I feel like shit. Everything I worked to build was destroyed in one swift stroke and now I dont even know how to be alone anymore. It's agonizing.

I know it's fucking shitty and hard but take deep breaths and go get hammered or something. If you can rally up a couple of friends for this, the better. That should be easy on the 31st. It ain't gonna do shit for your situation nor is it going to give revelations as to where you should be heading but it'll aleviate the pain for a short while. THEN you can re-evaluate what you need to do. Presumably, you've spent an inordinate amount of time sharing and focusing on someone else for a long time - as we all have - but now, as hard and selfish as it may be, you gotta spend some time focusing on your star player, my friend : YOU. If there is no turning back, start 2010 by making it about YOU and what makes YOU smile, feel good and keep that head held up high. The rest will eventually fall into place. It invariably almost always does. But unfortunately, you can't rush this sort of shit so for now, take it one day at a time. It works for most of us so it oughta be helpful to you too. At least, I hope. I'll raise a glass to you tonight, dude. :-) |
