 Coolness: 2604025 | Well it's no where close to done yet and there are millions of bugs. I only worked on it for an hour or so but the whole idea is pretty simple... Feed history like Twitter or Facebook to see what your friends or people have done with stuff you have uploaded or created.
[ www.rave.ca ] Don't bother with bugs yet. Just showing what should be done by the end of the week. I'm going to give myself until November 19th to finish this project. As I mentioned, it does not work properly yet. I'm not sure if I will allow comments on the feeds although it's quite easy to make. I'll see... You will also be able to get feeds based on if you left a comment on something. So even if you don't own that image, you can still get updates on it. I dunno if you guys understand but whatever. I think this has been the #1 request for a while and I never had the time to create it until now. |

| Coolness: 2604025 | Beta feed is online. It's still not even close to done and there is a lot of stuff to fix up and add. Only some of the options have been added so far. Lots more to come!
BTW: Just so everyone knows, the data does not auto update yet. For the next couple of days I will be running it once a day or many times a day (if i'm working on it)... Eventually everything will be automatic. There is a lot of stuff to check for. |

I guess you're planning to do it at some point, but I'd be really nicer with the ability to select the kind of updates and the people updating/updated in the feed! |

| Coolness: 2604025 | Updates to the feeds done... It shows more information and you can see your history. There are about 30 million rows in the feeds table so far (and there is still a lot more information to add). I might have to split it up into separate tables (maybe 500 users per table). I'll see how it goes.
Still no automaton. I doubt I'll get to that until next week but I'll update the information every night or a couple of times a day for now. Remember you only see the feeds for the people who you have set as a friend and you only see the entries for after you set them as a friend. You also see entries if you have commented on something before someone else does. There are still definitely some problems. Especially when people modify a comment. |

| Coolness: 2604025 | The automation functions are complete... I just have to implement it on all the actions (they have not been implemented on any of them yet, it just works in theory and is fully coded)... One more day! |

| Coolness: 2604025 | It's all done (in theory)! I just need to test it before I enable it (which will be tomorrow cause I don't want to fix any more problems tonight). Then all that's needed is adding the extra options like image uploads and image tagging and that should not take long at all! So hopefully by tomorrow night it's working and finished. Then off to another project which is to ajaxify more of the site! |

| Coolness: 2604025 | There are now more options in the feed history. By tomorrow you should be able to reply to stuff right from it also. More options coming after that! I'm re-calculating everything again since it was not showing friend information properly. Now it does. |
