I can understand there being rules about a dress code in school, but really, is it ever justifiable to attack an unsuspecting 15 year old student at a "special needs" school from behind and put him in a submission hold that's been known/proven to KILL people?
ok .. dont want to sound racist or anything but usualy ppl dont snap just cause ur shirt is not tucked in .. he must have PISSED THE FUCK OUT of that cop for him to react like that. But yeah, dumb fucking move from the cop lol. That kid is going to be rich now :D
yeah i have doubts that the kid said something awful to the cop and the vid can't show that.
but the cop have no self control in any case, he should losse his job
Yeah, regardless of provocation, police officers are supposed to be trained to defuse a situation, not overreact and go ballistic. The cop behaved as if the kid suddenly pointed a gun at him.
