Msn And Sound Card

| i used msn for the first time i did webcam and microphone calls and my sound card disabled itself and it wont show up anywhere in my control panels now,i remember doing something to msn to fix this,seems when i open my webcam and mic in msn it fucks up my card
any ideas?

msn can be picky with sound cards...
i had this trouble with my old p.c. too.
if you have shitty onboard card or a soundblaster installed, go into msn's prefs and set it up to use that instead of your production interface.
