i know it does not sound like much, but combined witha lighter bike i go faster hense why my legs @ times burn in the high gears another month i will get used to the gear diffence Lee |

| Coolness: 141585 | man, so i pulled my bike out a couple of time during the winter...it's a 415 bmx, but didn't do any hardcore biking, it was more like, GET TO THE DEP BEFORE 11 styles...so i pulled it out this weekend, filled the tired n such...fuck you, YOU'RE out of shape...man, i was almost dead by the time i made it back... i mean like...no breath, red faced, about to fall over from chest pains, dead...you, you're lucky |

I was just surprised by how mush those 8 extra gears and a lighter bike makes. Fred Palmer...just take it easy. Ride every day until you feel better. Like with any sport you have to start off some where..one step @ a time. Lee |
