I wash my hands all the time, especially when coming home, 1st thing I do Haven't been majorily sick in 7 years If your throat hurts, gargle listerine or salt and warm water frequently, it kills the germs and sleep with a scarf |

 Coolness: 105715 | For a sore throat, chicken broth, orange juice and salted water are the best.
Ginseng is good to boost the immute system, have plenty of it. Eating raw garlic is excellent too, the taste is nasty but it'll make you feel better. If you need a heavy-duty solution, I recommend the combo hot shower+advil cold and sinus+Vicks rubbed under your feet right before going to bed. You'll sweat your germs out during the night and the next day you'll have no more cold. |

 Coolness: 165675 | I got crazy sick every winter except for this one, I have a shitty immune system but I guess this year I did the right thingcuz I didn't get anything yet! If you're interested, here's what I did:
-First I started taking one pill of echinacea every morning with my breakfast since october I think, Jamieson brand -I also have a multivitamin wvwey morning, the Centrum ultra-strenght ones -From my friend's advise, I bought a 6-pack of Bio-k yogurt for about 20$ at Loblaws which is a appearently a great immune system booster as well. ONLY TAKE ONE TO TWO TBS every morning because it works a lot on the intestins!! You do one treatment (6-pak) like that every winter and apparently it lasts until next year. It tastes like shit, it IS fermented but it seems to be working! -I also started putting 2-3 garlic cloves, a big piece of FRESH ginger chopped into small ones and 1/4 to 1/2 an onion, all this well cooked in a pan, in a few of my suppers every week. I think that's it... so there's my recipe!! No flu or cold yet!! And of course, more sleep + the least e/speed is required ;) If you are already sick, you can try all of the above right away which might actually reduce the symptoms (which I know is a fact for echinacea). Good luck to all, and to me to keep this going on until the end of the winter ;) |

:P hehe jniaise moi je sais pas comment je fais, mais j'ai pas été vraiment malade même si j'embrasse mon chum à tous les jours et qu'il a une grippe presque permanente haha j'bois beaucoup de thé vert et je me lave souvent les mains, c'est pas mal toute ah oui, j'traine pas dehors quand y fait en dessous de 0 en faisant de la drogue ;) Sortir en t shirt pour une smoke en plein milieu d'un rave en plein hivers s'pas fort. Depuis que j'rave pu, j'pu malade haha |

 Coolness: 68340 | Green tea is awsome cause of the antibodies in it....Wash hands i can't tell u how important that is and next winter get your flu shot helps trust me. Everyone around me is sick with the actuall flu and i try to stay at my desk and when i touch something wash my hands and u know what i am doing well.....

the is a version "wiithout a name" that i know remember what it was. --- since im FATALY allergic to ALL but one anti-bio (that cost 85 $ a 25 pill botte) , i was happy to find theses two products, that , for i, work better than all other off counter or locked up medicin i know of. |
