Ever since that fateful encounter with Tiga in 1995, during which the latter urged him to keep producing, Intoccabile has been an active member of the local underground. Having taken part in the drum and bass / jungle scene for 10 years, as a dj, promoter and propducer, he is the author of many local anthems. Intoccabile is the inventor of a mature, original and homegrown Grime sound, which could be described as a cross between Birmingham instrumental Grime, neurofunk and minimal techno. Intoccabile’s accomplishments include the creation in 2001 of Fyutchaflex recordings and events, the publishing of a number of aesthetics books in which the foundations for a theory of “ Forward music “ were outlined, the release of a number of key Grime singles, the launch of the “ Forward music “ weekly at the Passeport bar, the launch of the Paradigm-X series of events, the hosting of one of the very first drum and bass radio shows on the fm dial ( Radio Centre-Ville, 102.3 fm ), innumerable sets in bars, clubs and raves. He has won and has been nominated for various music awards ( La Nuit de la Chanson, Cégeps en spectacles, Gala Diversité 1997, etc. ). Intoccabile... I worked day and night, for months, to make this event a big success. I really like the fact that, on the 6th of February, me, Lill unseen and Snork will be doing live performances. Really looking forward to it ! First time I'll be working with Metzen as well =) I noticed a few typos up there... I'll be able to edit my first post this week, thanks to Noah. Also, the new version of the flyer will be uploaded ( minor text changes ). So stay tuned for more details. |

The amount of unbelievable new cuts that are going to be dropped on the 6th of February is nothing short of amazing. New dubstep pieces from Black sun empire, Isotone, Kryptic minds, Toasty, and many others. I've spent a few months gathering the best material, so watch out !
