 Coolness: 64960 | I think this video is quite amusing as an allegory of what Grime has become.
But - no offence Screwhead, I'm just thinking about the hordes of people who think this video is the funniest thing they've ever seen in their life - I think it's sad to laugh at people with disabilities... and I think it's even worse to laugh at people with disabilities who are trying their best, like a lot of people here, to " express themselves creatively " through a style of music ( here : Grime ) or some other form of expression. |

I think the video is pretty awesome - not in a Laughing At way either. The dad is proud of his son...the kid has downs and can actually spit over grime...it's uplifting! |

 Coolness: 158845 | i think too that the dad is awesome... and you know what intocabile... there;s hate and cruel people in the world.. and yes it is bad to laugh at people with differences but everybody laugh at everybody... and kids with disabilities who are too protected by their parents when they come out in the real world they can be traumatized. often parents act with a children like that like they were like normal..well they aren't and it's ok. i think it's good to get them prepare because even if the people don't laugh well they judge anyway..
a lots of people feel really uncomfurtable with people having weird different physical or mental features.. it's sad but that's life.. and mike stinger: the young dude is not having trisomy 21 or down syndrome and i suspect he doesn't even have any mental disabilities or retardation.. he's paralyzed in a wheelchair so his movements give us impression that he's retard but i think he's as clear minded than you and me. you can see it when you look in his eyes. :) |
