By next month the site will be hosted in Montreal on a 100mbps/sec connection on a Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16 Server with 4gigs of ram and 2 500gig Hard Drives. This is the cheapest option available... MUSIC / VIDEO HOSTING Music and videos will be hosted on a subdomain [ music.rave.ca ] which will be hosted on a separate server with a lot of bandwidth or at least a 10mbps dedicated connection. In total I think the cost will be lower but the speeds will be higher. Images will still all be hosted on the main server for ultimate speed! Should be good!
