Meaning, can endure each other in close quarters for extended periods of time. Me and my girlfriend have been there 5 months now, it's great for us, but it's not big enough for parties... unless you have minimal furniture and don't mind people being in your bedroom. I think a bachelor would love this place though, the location is killer and on your own, you would have plenty of room. even in Montreal, find me a 2 1/2 downtown for less. Might exist, but not where you can make all the noise you want and live so close to school you can leave after class starts and still get there on time. |

| Coolness: 509555 | It depends then, I find 650 ultracheap, I lived in TO for 4 months and paid 1000$ a month for rent every month, real far from downtown too, alone. It was a lot, but nothing I couldn't handle, when i saw 650$ for this place back in June, I was like 'whoa!'
Anyway, it's not a 'super bargain' but for someone who has a student load or a part time job, this place is the place to be. |
