I saw a girl passed out in the grass at the beach yesterday.. there were a couple of paramedics trying to revive her and she had a huge pee stain in her pants. I don't know if it was foul play or she just drank way more than she could handle though. It could have quite possibly the latter.. she only looked about 14 and she was passed out right in a public area in front of the bathrooms.
