that's just insane..i agree with you julien but almost all the country don't respect humans rights unfortunatly even the governement who sign papers go
in others country do the dirty work...

a while ago, i watched an excellent doc. "Ghosts of Abu Ghraib"... it's made me quite angry and made me realise the complexity of this situation.
