Coolness: 339770	definitely not as bad as last time, but noah needs to raise the number of allowed connections, or at least figure out how to fix mysql_connect() so he doesn't need mysql_pconnect()..

Coolness: 2604090	It's set at 1000, there is definitely a problem with MySQL when it does that with mysql_connect().
