This party can described as totally wicked. Mel and her crew of merry helpers where great. I have to give Mel huge props for pulling off a party that is so rare now in Montreal. The night started off slow and then took right off. The location for the party was sweet. Every time I went up to the main floor people where just dancing away to all the great music that was played last night. The downstairs was like another world. There where people from straight shooters to kandy kids. I have to say that people last night where kind to people by not destroying the bathrooms (even if one of bathroom doors was hanging of the hinge). With everyone I talked to at the party they where loving the experience. I did get worried when the police did walk though the front door, but that was dealt with fast and with no compilations. This was in my mind a one of kind party that came together wickedly. The great thing was seeing some local art (loved the paintings). Great meeting Steve and Chris (music was sweet). For me I spent most of the night trapped in the comfortable couches talking away to random people that came by. Have to say that coat cheak was burtal from 4-6 am, but with Hug Props to Inga for her being on top of her game. Once again Happy Birthday Inga!!!!! Nice seeing Noah, Leelee, Natasha, Soumaya, Sofie(not sure on the spelling?)and Pat with his friend from Toronto who I forget her name(which I am getting bad about..sorry D). Saw Thierry's sister but did not have a change to talk with her.

The party was interesting. It was in a big loft area (or house)... The music was a mix of electro and slow breaks... I didn't dance much but enjoyed for once the chill of the basement where a bunch of people were relaxing listening to beats... Ended up being like a big house party to me!

Anyways... More later when I'm more awake!

i really enjoyed that party, i was so tired afterwards, but the music was awesome, i havent been to any parties that focused on playing electro, i danced a bit whenever i heard a song that i liked, there where so many druggies at that party it was funny, im happy the cops didnt end it, but they couldnt have i guess, cause it was just like one big house party.

hmm, i dunno i didnt have a very good or fun time, but i think it was more me than the party, most people seemed like they were enjoying themselfs so. i really liked the idea of having different forms of art, dont see it to often but the party was to serious for me, i would have liked it better if they had just laid out a bunch of crayons and paint with paper coverning the floor and let anyone draw whatever they wanted, that would have been alot of fun, but whatever, i sat on a chair for about 4 hours and chain smoked, barely spoke a word the whole nite to anyone....i dont even remeber listening to the music really, i was just kind of spaced out, but im sure it was a chill party.... hehehe
