With heavy focus on relinquishing dark beats upon the city, Abstract's repertoire is not limited to just that. With each Abstract event, Toronto will bare witness to something new and different in Toronto Drum & Bass. For too long, the darker sounds have been neglected as an economically viable sub genre in this city. We hope to help change that. Abstract aims to fill a void by not only showcasing a sound that doesn't fit the "mainstream" ideal, but by presenting a different perspective on the artists that do. Our ultimate goal is to push the dark sound, but our events will be by no means predictable.
