sorry to get all personal and shit, and if you don't feel comfortable responding to this, i will understand.. BUT, for those of you who want to help out a friend, please give me some advice. Im looking to move out of my folks place because i might be getting a new job downtown.. therefor i'd consider moving out into an apartement.. however, im curious to know what to expect in the apartement world.. can you give me an idea of your monthly rent (with the addition of electricity and heating and water n shit) and let me know what area you are in at the same time so i can target a convinient area.. i'd be working smack downtown corner Peel + Maisoneuve, so anything around atwater metro would be the best for me i think. :) Your help is greatly appreciated in this matter.. Great area, lots around, and really not too far from downtown (I work at Peel and Ste Cath too, and it is a 20 minute metro ride Beaubien to Bonaventure) |

 Coolness: 73470 | $525/MONTH for a large 5 1/2 in a upper duplex. BUt IM in shitty Ahuntsic/St Michel. The area sucks ass but the apt is awesome. Will be staying there until we r ready to move out of the province.
Vince, there is rent but all in all I spend about $1250/month on Hydro/Bell(internet/cable/phone)/Food/School/Gym/Insurance/Alarm system/loans etc. So just calculate - Make sure one weeks paycheck equals to at least one months rent money... COngrats on finally getting out:) |

Mes suggestions: Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, un peu shitty mais oh combien pas cher pour être près du centro. Habiter à deux, ça sauve beaucoups de ca$h. |
