 Coolness: 144960 | I have a 4 1/2 in ahuntsic, near henri-bourassa metro, 15 minute walk, but there's also a bus every 5 minutes or so.
I need someone for october 1st, rent is either 400 or 445, depending on who gets the bigger room. (I'm open to discussion on this) Everything included, electricity, phone, cable, internet. non smoking in the common rooms, you're free to do whatever you want in your bedroom.
