 Coolness: 75615 | walked down to the venue from the Pie IX metro - wasn't nearly as far as I'd come to expect looking at the map... caught a bunch of the earlier sets, and found the decor was suitably dark. Was enjoying myself, but when Iszoloscope came on it really woke me up. It was a nice change from stompy rhythms that were predominant over the course of the night.
Unfortunately I missed a lot of Sulphuric Saliva's set because I ended up away from the speakers - talking to friends that were in from out of town... I liked what I did hear, though. Manu's set had deep roots in the old Planet Core sound, and incorporated a lot of industrial elements. On a technical level it looked as if the stage set up was far better than it was last time I saw him play, and he was able to deliver a more solid performance - would have been nice to hear him speed things up towards the latter part of the set, but I suppose LowTek more than took care of any need for speed that hadn't been fulfilled yet. Headed back to the metro about halfway through Na's set (which was fucking LOUD)... never thought I'd hear Venus In Furs by VU shaking a building at a hardcore party. Nice touch. |

Salle: J'ai vraiment aimé l'endroit! :D C'était la première fois que j'allais là! Vraiment beau! On a pu voir les feux avant de rentrer :b Pis HEEEY! Dla ventilation toi!!! J'adore! Merci très bcp! J'aime danser dans le vent :) J'espère que cette salle va être réutilisée pour d'autres partys. Yummi quartier industriel! Je voulais aller bouffer du sucre à l'usine Lantic lol... Music: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIII! Ça c'est le genre que j'aime! Des trucs répétitifs, pas trop mélodiques... Intenses... Qui hypnotisent... Je suis partie kek part d'autre! État second. À jeun. Ouh que oui. (Des fois quand je danse, je pense à des trucs. C'est des visions qui apparaissent comme ça, d'elles-mêmes. Ça doit être à cause de la musique. Cete nuit, j'ai vu une murène argentée qui nageait dans l'espace. C'était joyeux.) Ah oui, la musique huh? C'était juste trop intense! Tous les Djs étaient bons! Hmm j'ai acheté le CD de Lith, j'ai pas pu l'écouter bcp encore, faudra que je check ça ;) Faut qu'il y aille plusse de partys Rhytmik Noise à Mtl! (Ou bien, si y'en a, dites-moi-le SVP! J'ADORE!) Vizualz: Vraiment nice, j'aimais les petites spirales qui se promenaient un peu partout. Mais je les trustais pas. (Don't ask...) Pis sur l'écran, trop cool! Ça fittait avec la musique! Good job TIND! :D :D :D J'aimais les trucs "mad experiments"! ^_^ Humans: Humans made the music so they are somewhat nice. ;) N'ah, le monde était vraiment cool :D Boosté! C'est toujours le fun de voir tout le monde danser, unis, sur un même beat... Perdus dans la musique... Fak c'est pas mal ça pour le review... J'ai hâte de voir toutes les photos!  Coolness: 166490 | well, that was bloody awesome, SulphuricSaliva was brilliant, Manu was great - as usual, and Lowtek was fuckin' hard - as expected; let's not forget PerfectionPlastic, you guys kick more ass everytime you play...lighting was nice and adequate...the venue was beautiful, and different...saw shitloads of old buddies who had come out just to shake their asses in front of Manu, and I'm glad that I saw you all (you know who you are), it's been a long time...everything was great...overall: one of the best parties that I've been to in the last couple of years...so thanks Kyo, I had a wicked time...time to eat and chill out... |

 Coolness: 39070 | Comme je déteste quand c'est répétitif, mon coup de coeur de la soirée vas à Izoloschope... malade. Jamais le même beat plus que 15-20 secondes, du break beat qui s'alternait avec du hamering intense, le tout dans des sonorités loud et distortionné comme pas possible... Manu était répétitif à endormir... tout comme le premier tier de Lowtek, j'imagine qui en a qui aime ça. Heureusement, Loktek a finit en beauté avec un speedcore que peu de gens on daigné suivre jusqu'à la fin... je rêve encore du jour où dans ce genre de party, on aura une partie du dance floor comme dans les shows de Mindless Self Indulgence, i.e. quelque part à mi-chemin en ce qui est présentement et un mosh pit... mouhahaha |

Sérieux, la place était vraiment nice, le son excellent... J'ai bien aimé Sulphuric Saliva, Low Tek aussi c'était fort... Mais MANU, bâtard que j'ai swingné... Peut-être pas aussi technique que ça pourrait être, mais solide, non, brutal! Na m'a vraiment épaté! M'essemble qu'à chaque fois que je le voit c'est juste meilleur! Fuck que c'était pesant! Vraiment fier qu'il vienne jouer à TechTonic 2!!!! (Placement de produit) Iznogood a bien fini ça, pour les vrais qui restaient, c'était vraiment nice, j'avais quand même de la misère à danser rendu là, mais ça cognait dur commme on n'entend plus Iz le faire souvent, ça fait du bien :) C'était cool aussi de voir du monde que j'avais pas vus depuis des siècles... Ça rapelle des bons souvenirs... J'ai dû dormir 16 heures pour récupérer, mais ça en vallait tellement la peine... Merci et félicitation à toute la gang de Android production! |

 Coolness: 40815 | Neurotoxik, great party. The location was very original, well thought out. Respect to the sound guys, they put on a great show. Beautiful costumes on all parts, lots of beautiful people out to shake their booty to a sound that isn't showcased enough! PerfectionPlastic was awesome, very good set, impressed with their live PA collaboration. Iszoloscope was the highlight of the show for me, (well that and meeting the beautiful RedStar and Maery). His set was off the hook, I haven't danced like that in a long time, very rhythmic and excellent flow. Thanks goes out to the promoters for securing such a great local venue and arranging for this great talent.

The event itself was fucken brilliant, had a great time with great people and music, the venue really impressed me. Kyo, the stress was through the roof, but really you should PAT yourself on the back for organizing something great. Good times... |
