BASIC OPERATIONS PROPER. ™ | Bassdrive | Renegade/TOV | Freak | CIA | Phuturo | Nemcron | Friday February 10th, Junglist Fridays is pleased to announce we will playing host what is quite possibly the most talented production and DJing duo to come out of North America to date. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Basic Operations (Focus and Sirus) credits combined now include over 20 signed and licensed pieces, including major label distributed cds to multiple vinyl releases and TV and media ads. Tracks have appeared on CD Compilations such as Dieselboy's “The Dungeon Masters Guide”, LTJ Bukem's “Logical Progression 10” and Renegade Recordings "Renegades of Funk Vol#3". Teaming up with some of the largest promoters and Djs in the Southeast, Basic Ops has made great strides in bringing many firsts in Drum and Bass to the North Carolina scene. They are classified in the Carolina drum and bass community as mainstay veterans of the music. The duo of Nathan Hayes (Sirus) and Kevin Jekel (Focus) have no set boundaries and will not be pigeon holed in any certain style of drum and bass, they try to innovate within the genre as a whole.
