How 2 Make Avatar?do U Have Photoshop?

 Coolness: 54375 | how do i get my user pic as my avatar....my cat was the coolest....long alien face....he knew how to chill....
he had feline leukemia and i had to put him to sleep but i want to pay tribute to all the good memories he gave me... can anyone help me? |

 Coolness: 685630 | You have to crop the picture to 64x64 before you upload it. If your in Photoshop, I think it's "Image Size", though I recomend cutting a perfect or near-perfect square of the area you want or it'll distort everything. |

 Coolness: 160585 | in Paint, you'll have to change your attributes: either 64x64 or 83x31 pixels
Now, if your pic is just too big, you can make it smaller by using the StretchSkew option. Choose Stretch and replace 100 by any number smaller |

So this was my special little guy Gumby...he was the absolute coolest cat.... Thanks for all the help....now that i know how, i can do so much more.....i never fiddled with paint 'cause i had used a Mac paint once and it was so much cooler...mine was so dissapointing, i didn't even bother with it.. i install photoshop 7. then i plug my laptop over a lan.. i configure the lan, retrieve the original shroom picture i had made someday .. i resize to fit in 64X64 .. i upload it on my home computer.. then i connect to the internet .. and i upload it on ravewave.. |

get really lazy take parts of old art projects from school add white background then get all frustrated when i press upload and my old avatar keeps re-appearing untill i figure to press reload then i sigh, chucckle and think, wow that was so stupidly simple i'm an idiot |
