| ok so I gotta admit that at first I was like "Ok Carl Cox is being a crowd pleaser" but but but but........things kept escalating to the point where I was saying things like "hold on a sec, it sounds like sorta kinda like the Carl Cox I have come to love & appreciate"....things kept going.....I mean the guy played from at least midnite till the end.....I came to the point of saying shit like "O..........M...........G.......!!!!! Carl Cox just has to know that there are some oldschoolers in da house and he is schooling these prog-loving-clubbers-know-fuck-all-crowd-who-are-used-to-a-dress-code peeps....man! he escalated to some pure muthafucking hard-tech to the point where he got an old-fart-jaded-son-of-a-bitch-like-me screaming with hands in the air....This is the Carl Cox I have come to respect and btw, who else can get away with playing HARD-TECHNO in a club owned by M.C. Mario!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!??!! He totally took his stature and used it to play some wicked stuff, including some ill acid mmmm.
all in all, this ended up being a sick educational night for all those peeps who think they're cool cause they're used to following a "mature clientele dress code" and night that gave hope to Techno and Tech-heads in town....
in other words, it was worth it! |

| so ya...everything that carlos just said...holy crap that was a sick nite, i still can't even get over how much fun i had dancin...all yous that din't git yer asses out, missed out ... i don't even go on the internet, but this is postable, memorable, stuff...Everything that i wanted from carl...the aciidtek, (my favourite) totally bangin, wickid trax, some cheezy shit at first, but worth the wait.....i was expectin house..but he delivered. woulda liked to see more people reppin the tek...but i don't blame you for not wanting to be surrounded by jobbers n clubbers, but whatever, totally worth it. montreal needed this nite to remember. i couldn't stop saying "fakkin righhht." din't even leave the dancefloor once..that's how good...i like 1234 too, last time i went there it was cloud 4, sick venue.
