| Sorry I have to keep things flowing in this most supurb of groups...
I was talking to a buddy of mine and he was saying about how people in montreal totally suck when it comes to supporting local artists and I tend to agree...
It seems like unless you do some sort of shitty emo music and all your friends are venue owners then you can't get too far with music in this fair city... I could be the biggest person in japan and germany and the people in montreal wouldn't blink an eye...
Anyway one artist we were talking about was david kristian.. This guy deserves much more mad respect... I read an interview somewhere recently about how he wants to just play electro/whatever music cause thats the only stuff that gets people dancing.. I mean shit guy, fuck all you electroclash fags. Learn how to dance to IDM, it's possible. Man this guy killed it when i saw him play at the venetian snares show at the old sat a couple years ago... His set totally killed snares' set by a long shot, excellent live electronic shit... Why isn't David Kristian some huge guy he deserves it...... WHy cause people in this city just want to listen to emo and electroclash and other styles that they can sniff K to the beat.
