 Coolness: 56175 | I wasn't going to go at the last minute. BUt I decided to go and I'm glad that I did. Had a blast!
The whole night the dance floor was full! People putting a whole of energy into dancing. Nice sight to see. The venue was just big enough...new faces coming regularly.. Lots of people taking pictures.. people that I did not know taking pics of me, which of course I hope to see. Myk Berigan, lady maria, night vision and mistoleum : played excellently, some of which I had heard before. During these Dj's sets is when I was dancing most...listening to the music the most. I missed part of trancefuzion and x-cube's sets but what I heard was smooth and hard. Enjoyable! It's too bad i didn't hear their whole sets. Overall, really amazing party Chillyboo! Had lots of fun dancing! |

| Coolness: 56175 | the people were showing alot of support to the Dj's-- that was nice to see and be a part of.
I also enjoyed all the compliments I got on my dancing, which I very much appreciate because I want to make somewhat of a carreer out of dancing. |

I would like to clarify that you did not make me dance but rather you provided music that I felt like dancing to. You can make a puppet dance.. me on the other hand you cannot. I don't think you can anyway,,, But had fun |

Also, we collect 10$ a tickets, the 5$ is to pay the staff, the D.Js and everybody involved, we're not getting rich doing 100 people parties. People atteding these parties are their to support the artists and so we do. Get to any afterhours in Montreal with 10$ in your pocket... it's going to be a long night! 15$? For a picture perfect private intimate event and support local talent?
If that is expensive, I don't know what is cheap. |

I think you provide a very good argument. It can be a good thing to support locals. sometimes, even foreign dj's aren't worth the extra$$. chilly boo is hardly milking the cow like ray junior or 514 does.. mind you, y'all are uncomparable in many ways. but still... You do have to pay the artists, room, etc.. |

| Coolness: 44370 | Room, sound, Dj, Staff, posters, lightsticks vs 1000$ call it a profit if it makes you happy. Also, would it be more logic if we were loosing money just because we know a lot of people in the attendence? It's been 10 years private or small parties are 15$. Big events went from 50$ to 90$, what's up with that? Plus, Mistoleum said "it's only a 5$ difference" he's right but, with 15$ instead of 10$, you get the have people that really want to be there, instead of people who just don't care and come just to lay on the couch and complain about everything... |

then again there are some people who may want to go... but 15 $ is relatively too much for them. Also, even the people who pay might end up wishing they were not there, not because of anything inherently shitty about the party.. but for other reasons,.. so.. |
