 Coolness: 35345 | I haven't gone to one of their parties in almost 3 years. I went to Celebration 2005 and they were playing dance music like that of MC Mario. And, they confiscated my glowsticks bc they wanted you to buy them for $5 a piece.. and they were selling cigarettes on the dancefloor which is just cheesy. I paid $90 for 2 hours of desperation as I was trying to get my moneys' worth. |

 Coolness: 221755 | 514's vibe is much different then the one's of underground parties.. if you want an underground feel to your party, don't go to 514 parties.. if you want to see top models all decked out, then there parties are the one's for you. It all come's down to what you want to be doing at a party.. 514's parties are far from being crap. They always throw top notch events that there type of crowed really appreciates.. i didn't go to celebration this year because its not my thing anymore, but some friends of mine went and they had a good time.. :)
next year come to SOMA and feel what an underground party really is.. :) |

| Coolness: 35345 | SOMA? I've heard of SONA but not SOMA. Well, I've been to a lot of real good 514 parties back in 2000/2001.. I think it's gotten worse. I wouldn't mind a nice underground party.. but I can't stand hippies.. I don't want to feel like I"m at the tamtams.. I liked the good looking feel of the 514 parties. Sexy people are nice to be around you know. |

 Coolness: 339655 | i called it, 2.5 years ago i said 514 would die in 2 years simply because their parties are so generic and are targeted at people who are wannabe ravers.
if they want to survive they need to: a) make their parties a lot smaller b) use any dj other than: -XL -Eddie Jasmine -Lafleche -Max Graham every single party they've thrown in the past 4 years has had at least 2 of those DJs. and most of their parties have rediculous shit like "8 Hour extended set".. i mean wtf is that?! who the hell wants to hear the botom of the barrel tracks from some greedy DJ who's tired from spinning for too long and just wants to fill his pockets for such a long set. |

Problem is instead of increasing the tkt price they tried to steal it by confiscating my glowsticks.. and I'd only pay more for a tkt if their music/lighting/sound system didn't suck so much. |

just a quick helloo to my buds from Argentina...i¨ll be back one day...i went partying in DA REAL jungle seb...hehe...im sure you would like that... here is quite different than 514 and other production componies, and the new underground scene we have in mtl. what i like here the most that there are no segragation between ppl..ppl just party...no money involved just party....stop marketing everything is my advice(i know its impossible but let me dream)...its capitalisms fault...argh...hehehe...take care im off to the beach tis 44 degrees today! |
