Got there completly sober so I guess that was a change, I was kinda bored and didn't know what to do with myself cause im so used to being drunk and loud wherever I show up. Not the parties fault at all. Im glad I stuck around though.. It was really great to see all the "memf" people and get alot of stuff cleared up. Although I WAS expecting more of a memf VS> ravewave thing like at flux.. I got to sit on drew carrey's lap and got pretend he was santa!! I had a blast dancing.. the music was awsome.. At one point it got a bit too hard for my liking and that damn strobe light. All I can say is thanks for the party oh and Inbound? Can I join? |

Mana did not dissapoint, droppin ill dark "real" electro, as i like to call it, and workin into some pure swedish tek, lekebusch upon mull upon lekebusch... fishead played a fucking hilarious set, whippin some acdc, judas as promised, zz top and more in with some fucked up idm hardcore, and some fairly straight, oldschoolish sounding techno. rain force really got the floor going, that guy kills me, turntablist feelgood tunes. i'm really happy it worked with so many different styles plowing into each other all night (then finally settling on the hardtek by 4 in the morning)... was fucking cool.. thanks especially to all the people that helped out, maude for making those fucking insANE brownies, jonny thrice for driving people all over the place and hooking us up with ill ecler gear and free shit [ www.soundwerksaudio.com ] benoit and his buddies at karma jewels for bringin all their blacklight shits down, even though none of my crackhead clientele really bought anything, big up, it was cool to have him there, extra special thanks to freebass and kilobyte for all their help setting up and taking shit down, and of course dj neoform, without whom none of this woulda been possible, you pessimistic bastard. thx to ecube also, and ya, i guess that's about it...to anyone that ate too many brownies, sorry but that's what you get.... mwwwahahahahaha.... thanks again everyone for comin out |
