Big room with window in verdun, willbrord street 210$ per month. It's pretty clean and big for 6½, I'm the owner so I don't make profit out of it(not yet héhé), I charge the exact price of the hypotect. Looking for the 1st of july. includes: ELECTRICITY heat/water fridge/regular stove parking in street cuddly kitten laveuse-sécheuse sti Near: metro Deleglise or verdun and a lot of BS :lol Noise ?! lol. I don't have phone, msg me (yeah right...) :D well I've tried. |

| Coolness: 37435 | DJneoform: well I can hear my neighbours upstairs walking around, but most of the noise in this bldg travels up or down, not across or into the hallways so it's not that big of an issue esp. since there's no one below us. Just the people above. And well, if they complain, it's like -well we hear you guys walking around, right?
