Kite Boarding you get to surf, board, do tricks, grind, boost in the air, and hang air. you can do it on water and on snow. edit: if for some reson, you can't play the quicktime video, here's another one in WMV format. Ok I don't know how kateboarding feels, so yah you got a point there, it might be fun too But HG been the best experience of all my life :D I mean you really don't "hang there in the air" You take lifts (thermals) You can do loops and wingovers and stuffs. And when you turn or take lifts, you feel all the G force, it's so smooth, silent... You only hear the wind... :) (the video is long to load with a 56k ;)) But I've seen some of them in action at l'Anse-À-l'Orme :D Very cool though ;) |

Airplanes got it man! Lay-z 8, loops or "vrilles" and everything like that... no thermal needed... just a good engine and... practice... anyway, kite boarding sounds incredible to! eh! can you fly with your board?!? |

I flew an ultralight (with an instructor) for my HG courses, because you pilot it the same way, with a control bar and all. It's fun too. BUT the sound! You hear the motors.... No slience... :( |
