I work for my father, he is teaching me the economics of the business and all the contacts so that i may take over his million dollar business in a few years. Also we are expanding out horizons in become a master distributor for visual packaging, i will be head of the west coast sales. Once a month all expenses paid i get to hit up either, cali, seattle, L.A, Texas...

I am also starting an art project...once i save enough cash kiki will get the website up.

Also I plan on becoming a photographer.

I've been making residual income off real estate, without even owning any until few months ago, for about two years now, and from telecommunication industry for a bit over a year. Before that, during, and even now I've done various programming, design, networking and business solutions related contracts, and had a few online enterprises of my own that broughr various income, ranging from zilch to not bad at all (although I dont claim I'm earling millions). In any case I've reinvested it all and now am in debt again, but thanks to my killer credit history the banks love me so I get good %ages on my debts and am steadily climbing out of them without having to break my mutual funds folio :)

As for mr.millionaire Al, I tend to agree with Ian on this one.. not because I'm a hater but just cuz of the figures. I mean, 8yrs old? 16mil cheque? Make that 16yr old and 1mil cheque, and then maybe it sounds remotely plausible. I have some friends who made fortunes on the dot coms or just riding good opportunities, but those figures are pretty far fetched.

Besides, why would someone of this stature waste their time posting on a rave board. People like that are way too busy for this... during the time I was launching new businesses or shopping for a house I barely ever posted. Of course, when you're paid hourly, you see it in a very different light :)

Regardless, if its really true, then why don't you name a couple of those successful ventures?

I didn't have anywhere close to a mil at 8. I made my first million at age 15. Then I was able to within years multpliy that almost 30 fold. I gave a huge portion of it to my dad on my 20th bday.

Once you have a lot of money it isnt too hard to make a lot more. Right now I am in school and focus 97% of my time on that. I have a team of people who are all running my businesses now and leaving only the most major decisions to me. I want to continue my education and having fun as a long as I can. Once I am done with school I will take over my businesses myself. Until then I will continue to pay these people large sums to keep me rich.

I know its not very believable. I sometimes don't believe it myself. But its true. I got very luckey and also worked very hard for years. People who know me well can vouch for this. As soon as my school semester ends I am off to NYC (where the majority of my shit is located) and will spend my summer wheeling and dealing.

I never implied millions at age 8.. What I was getting at is running a successful multi-node operation at 8 is somewhat far fetched, just the same as making first million at age 15. Unless of course, you had investors and/or managers, but if that is the case, why is it they dont own the businesses they invest in/manage? Even with benefit of the doubt granted, why don't you mention what (aside from cookie dough of course) was it that you got so lucky on and what flourishing businesses got you to the point where you are now?

Not to sound hyporcitical, I'll say here and now that for the most part, online retailing of goods and offering computer and internet-related services got me where I am today, although my worth sure isn't a million yet (soon enough, hopefully), and real estate and telecommunications (possibly videography too) will get me where I want to be tomorrow.

See I'm not trying to be a pest, more like trying to look to the root here. It is because I *know* the road that I am sceptical :)
