I'm just wondering what are the odds of quitting when you do it cold turkey, as opposed to some sort of cessetation thang. It's not about odds, it's about will power. think of it like this: When you gamble at the casino the odds are always against you. You may profit once or twice but in the long run you always lose. Winning isn't really about profiting, it's more about not losing & if you have the strength not to walk in than you're already a winner. |

But I heard and read shit about people that quit cold turkey are more likely to start again. I guess it IS all about willpower though. Like, if I don't wanna smoke, I just won't. I crushed up 1/2 a pack of smokes I found lying around and emptied all the ashtrays. That felt good. |
