i just went to the store and wanted to return 48 beer bottles, and the girl said it was too many, where is the sence in that? |

 Coolness: 685675 | I had something like this happen a while ago. Brought back some beer bottles, with a few 2l and a few softdrink cans, at 2 am. I got told that they couldn't take the beer bottles back past 11, but that the rest was alright.

 Coolness: 38270 | Thats odd I've returned bottles with 4 peoples each of us with at least 48-72 to a local depaneur and just had them pay me. The store does need to carry the brand of beer and not all glass bottles are worth money either. |

 Coolness: 150545 | I find that its at gorcery stores that they refuse your bottles the most. Maybe it also has to do with the idea that they don't want to pay for your returns if you didn't pay for the bottle deposit are their store? |

| Coolness: 57275 | but the thing is i return my bottles at a ultramar, and thats where i buy my beer everytime(since its right in front of my place), its the first time they almost refused me the return. a couple of times i returned with at least 2 24's and a couple of 12's and they accepted it.
i know most depaneurs, if not all, will not accept bottles they dont sell themself's because different companies come too pick up their own beer bottles, so if the depeneur refunds you, they will not get the money back themselves, but like i said before, it was beer i baught from that depeneur, i was shocked, and from at least 5 mins of asking " What is the problem?", they finally said they would take it. i almost said to them, fine ill bring it to the store around the corner, and buy the rest of my beer from there from now on, and as some of you know, i drink alot of beer. |
