It's got a little history, built in the early 1800s, had a fire, and it was used as a school by the grey nuns... Gonna do more research on it when I'm back home on high-speed (dialup blooooooows) |

I dunno how he found it but it's my friend Frank that got the info (guy in those pics I put up in the random thoughts thread) Aparently when he left there last night there were 3 chicks that were going into the church all lookin' like hookers! Like wtf how do I miss this! And yeah that underground would fuckin' rock... Just gotta plan things and set a date for it I would imagine (though I still think we should pull a soundcheck a little in advance to see what we can get away with volume-wise to not get busted) |

| Coolness: 685670 | Yeah, I'd found a pic of the inside of the church after the last renovation... That part behind the altar that opens up into like a little space that goes left and right was completely sealed off with marble!
We gotta go back there and take pictured of everything and everywhere. And hopefully, that new Photosynth thing that Microsoft are showing off will come out in the near future and we can make a full 3D model of the place.. |

What I find is fuckin' weird is that the grass is mowed, but only along the side/back of the building where the path goes to the center part... The center is still massively overgrown, but the rest is mowed, and it looks like a real pro job.. |

Yeah that's weird... Maybe they send the city to do it so that it's not too much of an eye soar in that lovely neighborhood.... Hummm I read they will probably build an old folks home where the church is... Can't find pictures of the inside tho... looking all over. Does that Magelan thing still work? that used to be a great research tool for the interweb. |
