i was discussing something about throwing parties with a friend yesterday, and he mentionned how i should try something with a hip hop club.
a hip hop club, because "breaks" arent really electronic music, and they would work well with hip hop. anybody have any comments about "breaks arent really electronic music" because that statement really frustrated me... please discuss.... |

well man its all just words
some breaks are closer to organic beats some hiphop's closer to electronic music neverending discussions .... what matters to me is the fact that breaks, whatever type of breaks, simply fuckin RULES |

for sure the discussion can go on for hours and hours......but just generally speaking, if u had to put (lets say nu skool breaks) into a category in a music store, would u put it in "RnB/Hip Hop" or "Dance/Techno" ??? |

ohhh don't listen to her what does she know...
:) i tend to agree with seb i would like to add that the distinction between electronic and non-electronic music so to speak is pretty arbitrary... |
