IDEA WON'T SAVE MONEY
In response to the letter "Release nonviolent offenders," how could this
possibly help the budget? How many of these offenders would again break the
law "nonviolently" and have to be retried and resentenced at taxpayers'
expense? How do you continue to take drugs and act responsibly? How can any
of this save money and protect the public as well?
