POLICE WRONG ON IMPAIRMENT

Langley RCMP Cpl. Dianne Blain states that driving under the
influence of marijuana is possibly more dangerous then driving while drunk.

Not in my experience, not even remotely close.

THC remains in your body for a long time, about 30 days.

Operating a vehicle under the influence of any substance, alcohol
included, should definitely not be tolerated. But how will a blood
test showing I have THC in my system prove I was actually impaired at
the time of the test?

By her admission I am impaired most mornings when I drive to work,
because I choose to smoke a joint the previous evening.

Scary indeed.
